    1971 Blaupunkt Frankfurt Radio ID - Help.

    I am searching for a Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio that would have been supplied originally with my 911. Does anyone know definitively what model number that was? There are a couple of radios on ebay that would fit the bill, but they are all slightly different. Here are the links:

    This one came from a 69 and I would like to use it since it is local, but it is not original.

    Scott, if your car was US delivered then none of the three are correct. The first two are Euro bands and the third although US band is an older model used I believe to 68. The nice thing about the third is that it includes the mounting brackets which you will also need. If it were me I'd buy the third and then try to find the correct year radio. The mounting brackets can be difficult to source.
