That's interesting. The base plate looks similar to Minichamps and there're lots of Japan-only Minichamps stuff - maybe it's made at the same China factory as PMA. Somebody did their homework and got the details pretty much correct. As for the metallic; it's VERY difficult to get that correct in 1:43 (i.e. the metal flakes would have to be 43 times smaller than their real life counterparts!), but it usually looks much better in person than in photos.
