    Cibie headlamps

I have found a set of old Cibie headlamps for sale, they mount in the stock US headlamp fixtures but are E spec lights. They have a replaceable lamp like an H4. Anyone know these things are worth.
    Thanks,

If you're talking about the CIBIEs that replace 7" sealed beams, they're worth $ 49 each, brand new. See http://www.talbotco.com/cibie_main_frameset.htm

Perhaps if you have a lamp that's no longer available, it would be worth more to somebody finishing a restoration. For instance, CIBIE used to have a headlamp that could convert from Right Hand Drive to left Hand Drive.

I think you are correct, these are old, from 30 years ago. Don't really know the application. I see exploded diagrams of them in my Porsche books but no decription or application listed.
