If you guys miss this one, I know where there's another 73S Targa that will be up for sale soon.

That was my Aubergine Targa. Obviously I will be very surprised if that car brings $47k in light of needing an interior and paint.
I knew I left a little on the table for the next guy but...
Bill at CaliforniaClassic's mark-up on the aubergine 73S targa almost seems reasonable compared to the mark-up of Derek's (SReg username =Carrera) 73.5 sepia T that he practically gave away last month for $14,000.

At current exchange rates, that works out to a mark-up of $30,500. I guess shipping to Europe and import fees have skyrocketed
Now with a BIN price of $54,000

The glossy Califclassix copy is worth at least that much...

GONE...MANY, many great ones....
It does actually look $20K better than the first presentation, in pictures anyway.

I know they list a rebuild, but they all look 20K better when you take 100,000 miles off the listing mileage. A mere oversite,no doubt!

That's certainly not right. I'm always surprised that people will buy low mile stories without any documentation.Originally Posted by tfmcmahon
