    Scott,
Why not just have your current dizzy recurved.
It only costs a few hundred versus at least $5-600 which is what you will pay for a good used S dizzy, or alot more for a new one....

Scott: I have a Bosch distributor 0231 159 002 JFDR 6 which is for a 911S. This is a cast iron original unit in excellent shape even the yellow tag looks new. It has a Ignitor installed and works great. I used it in my old historic race engine. I will take a pic tomorrow and send it. Thanks Eric

    Eric,
I paid $375.00 for a new in the box 67S dizzy two years ago. Yes,it was a very good price. For a change, I got lucky.
As I recall, parts catalogues (PP) listed new 67S dizzys at north of $850 at the time. Before scoring the new 67S dizzy, I had been looking on EBay for one and decent looking used ones were going for anywhere from $350-500.
I haven't been in the market for one lately since selling my 67 so I can't say what they now go for. .
If your motor is single plugged, practically any early 911 dizzy can be re-curved to work on your car whether its vintage racing or stock. Or?

Yes, any early dist can work. Should have been more specific: it needs to be cast iron, and it needs to be yellow-tag--the only thing that can be is a '67-68 911S distributor. I sold a good used one a year or two back for $200 I think, maybe $225. $375 sounds like a decent buy for a new 67S dist., at that time.

Please email if you have ANY 67S dist., rebuildable or a nice unit. Not looking for NOS...

    Thanks

OK, $850 is out of my league, anybody with something reasonable?
