    WTB; Old Nardi Horn Button

Anyone have an old horn button like this or similar? Looking for one for an old wood wheel. Original or repro is fine. Thanks.

Have you seen the horn buttons on the Classico Wheels site? They're not exactly what you're looking for, but they do fit Nardi wheels. Click here.

    Old Nardi Horn Button

    Tom:

The horn button that I got from Vilem Haan in 1971 for my 1956 Speedster had an outer ring that operated the horn and the little center button was set up to flash the head lamps. I assume that is the same button that was sold for the 911 and is the one you are looking for.

Alas, the button, wheel and car are all long gone!

    Old Nardi Horn Button

    Richard,
Yep, that is the horn button as supplied by Haan. However, my wheel was for a 356A and it was flat spoke, not dished, and perhaps larger diameter than the Ebay item. Sold it with the Speedster. I think the B,C wheel like the one shown fits the 911 too. Par in New Rochelle had one on an early Irish Green 911 that was otherwise in need of everything - but that was a couple of years ago. Looks like the one in the auction sold fast.

    Regarding Classico,

Have you spoken directly to Jeffrey @ Classico? He did have repro. "mushroom" horn buttons for sale a few months ago. IIRC, they were around $200.
