    FS: Hood Crest

Original unrestored hood crest from my '71. Surprising condition considering this rode on the front of my car for 35 years! I've attached LARGE photos so you can see exactly what its condition is. Gasket & nuts included.

US$300. Contact me via PM. Cash/check/money order only - no PayPal. If you are not satisfied with the crest, return it for full refund.

    Curt,

Just wondering: what decided you to not use the crest anymore?

I've had an RSR crest sticker for the past 2 years. This was used as a paperweight on my desk!

That, and softening the blow of a recent bill perhaps?

Nice badge, and nice to see a GOOD photo of an item for sale - for a change!

    RSR Hood Crest Sticker

    Curt,
I have a reproduction red hood crest on the 69 I just bought and was thinking of putting a sticker there instead. Where did you get the sticker? I also am considering installing the R style of PORSCHE script along the rockers and the rear deck lid. Does anyone know where to locate those? Thanks.

You definitely need the RSR crest for the silver car. I got mine a few years back from somebody in Cali who was reproducing them, but I can't remember who it was!

    BTW: check your hotmail eMail.
