Ducati has an amazingly rich history, but the 851 is my Carrera RS. And the Honda RC-30 is my RSR 2.8. Don't get me started...

Glad you haven't fallen off the planet. I'm sure the bike will give you far more thrills than any 3.6. Ever been shot out of a cannon?

Some of the most fun that I've had in a car was driving an Austin Healy Sprite, I was flat out most of the time and nobody knew.

" I like it when 40mph feels like 80mph and not the other way around."

That, in 1 sentence, is why I sold my e46 M3 and will never buy another car with such ridiculously high performance limits.

Yesterday did the same thing in the 997 GT3. 122 mph. The car is too fast.

I enjoy the 2.7 through the short gears for the street. Run it all the way out in third and you may get a ticket but you will stay out of jail.

The only thing about a 997 GT3 I have experienced is the catalog. But it looks real good. Although I can't see spending the extra money on the RS version. Please don't hate me for that last comment.
