    Midwest Alert! 2007 Taj Speedfest

    Schedule your days off now, the Taj Speedfest will be moving forward a week to Memorial Day W-E. I spoke with Vic Elford today and we are 99.99% sure that Vic will be our Grand Marshal this year for the entire weekend - capping it all off with a private party on Sunday evening with Vic!

    All you out-of-towners will have the Monday holiday as a travel day if you wish.

    I'll never forget chatting with Vic for about 40 minutes outside the Air Force Museum last time he was there - he is one of the nicest, down to earth people you'll ever meet. Unfortunately though, my hope for gaining driving skill through osmosis did not pan out... judging by my autocross times.
