    Need help with paint code

I've got an unusual number stamped on the paint tag. The car is a silver 71 Targa and the paint code should be 925. But the tag is stamped 8010-H. This car has never been repainted. This has me stumped, can anyone help me here.
    Thanks!
    All the best!

Color code 925 and 924 both refer to a Silver 1970 car, that same code was chandged to 8080 in 1971, are you sure it says 8010? The H probably refers to the paint manufacturer, Herberts in your case

Roger - that's the correct paint number:

    8080 is for Coupe models
    8010 is for Targa models

Up to '71 the plate on the driver's side hinge post shows the paint number & paint manufacturer - not the paint code.

    Roger,
I had same paint code on a 69 S. I could not find the Herberts paint codes anywhere. Came back on COA as a silver.
