I recognize the tea strainers, but the bases look anodized from spun aluminum horns with machined bases. Tea strainers those ain't!

Find a machine shop with a CNC mill. They should be able to knock them out in as many shapes and numbers as you wish. Any length, any diameter top to botttom.
FWIW, a computer engineer I met a few weeks ago does his own CAD drawings which in turn he writes on disc in the correct machine code.
His last project was making his OWN window seal for a muscle car he was restoring. Nobody made it so he drew it and took the program to an operation that does weatherstripping and had them make in on their water cutter. He said the owner was a bit puzzled when he handed him the disc and told him "I need you to make this"...

    Sleep on that.

    Best,

I talked about this option with Steve Weiner once. He suggested I experiment with a window screen in front of a box fan. They look cool, but cost power.

Hello; TWM makes all sorts of velocity stacks for anything you can think of. The screens are spun onto the stack with the collar piece. They are not good for keeping fine sand out though. Thanks Eric
