    Well-maintained 72E Targa

Fantasy Junction is offering the following car for sale right now. It's a really great car, with the only significant letdown being the irregular paint quality. It drives and works very nicely.

    In summary:
-3-owner US car with all records from new.
-Always on the West Coast (2 owners in CA and one in WA) and 100% rust-free
-S options (aesthetic package, sway bars, steel spoiler), A/C (not installed but included), and Blaupunkt radio (also not installed but included)
-complete engine and transmission rebuild 14,000 miles ago with excellent compression (143-148psi across the board)
-completely dry motor, above and below
-brakes completely done 2000 miles ago
-new tie rod ends and Bilsteins
    -European headlights
-Cosmetically fantastic inside and out, aside from paint, which is only good

    $32,000

J-P, why did you not list it here? I think it looks great and the interior very good. Is that white the original colour?

    Not Original Color

The original color was Gemini Blue Metallic. Why the PO would have ever done a re-paint in white is beyond me.

Long-term, it would have been nice to get it back to Gemini Blue, but I just ran out of space and had to make room.

    Buy low, sell high !

I knew I had seen this car somewhere before.

The whole "flipping cars" issue aside, the pictures in the new ad make for a higher quality presentation than the ebay ad. Looks like a nice car, hopefully someone will take it back to Gemini blue.

**Update** I am trying to track down the current owner of this car, whomever may have bought it. It involves a great story. Please see my post in the "General" section for additional information.

    Thanks!
