You can get belts at www.peparts.com.

Your tub already has the mounting points for lap belts.

    Stack,
I purchased just one set for rear from peparts as I only have one child and the belt was inexpensive at around $45 and came with the bolts and looks period correct. You should have plugs where the bolts go. You can see them in the photo. If they have fallen out or had replacement carpet over them just poke around. Daron

    rear seatbelts

Hi, you have two options for rear seatbelts, (a) the lap belts shown in the above photo, and (b) sash/lap belts (which can wither be fixed length and manually adjusted, or normal belts on a roll).
For safety reasons, i would definately NOT recommend a lap belt only. Not for my children anyway.
I've put the fixed sash/lap belts on two cars now, each belt (in Australia) costs $100.
I did try PEP belts originally but wasn't happy with the mechanism and chucked them away.
