Exclamation PORSCHE CLASSIC QUESTIONNAIRE - Please ensure our car's future!

This is a new link on the Porsche website with a questionnaire regarding classic car maintenance and future parts availability.

    http://www.porsche.com/usa/classic-questionnaire/

Porsche seems to finally be noticing the classic enthusiasts (and the economic windfall).

This is a GREAT way to have direct input regarding numerous issues we have discussed on this board.

Speak up and be heard! Don't end up like this...

Thanks for posting. Can't say that I've ever thought of an '89 911 as a "classic"!

Being a born skeptic, I thought the title line to the thread was a joke, but if we can help insure a flow of OEM and remanu parts, this IMHO is well worth the few minutes.

I experienced numerous errors on their side. If you hit the 'back' button you can resume where you left off.

Too bad they don't have an email address for "queries about the questionnaire" or someplace to enter comments. I get stuck on "which current models do you own" because I have no answer. I had to fake it with a Boxster. They need a "none" box. I guess it's beyond their comprehension that you would only have vintage Porsches in the garage without a modern one there as well.

I was stuck on that one, too, until I realized the preceeding question asked if you own a current model. I had to quit the questionaire and start over in order to avoid the "current model" question.

I did the same thing; I figured that I would like to try a 964 in a few years....so I lied too.

I'm glad I did the survey, mostly because I didn't realize there were parts lists available for the old cars, pretty handy.
