WTB: Federal Motor Vehicle Standards tag 68-69

Hello guys / gals, My painter thought it was more important to throw away the tag I am going to describe than keep it on my car. I am looking to replace the 68-69 specific 1.5" x 1.5" metal tag that reads... " Dr. Ing, H.c. F. Porsche K.G. This Motor Vehicle conforms to all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Standards " This tag resides under the paint ID tag in the drivers side door jamb. On 68 cars it was held on by rivets & on 69 cars it was glued on. I would prefer a glue on 69 type although will not turn down the 68 type. Any leads will be greatly appreciated!

just out of curiosity, could someone post a picture?
these are probably related to the door jamb vin stickers i made.
i was wondering why there weren't any prior to 1970.
i believe this was what i was looking for!

Attached below, the glue-on metal type from my '69. It's about the same thickness and size as the color tag, roughly 1-3/8" square. It was probably removed from my car when it was last repainted in the early 1990s(?). I found it in the ashtray!

Sorry guys, tho' I may not reattach it I still want to keep it. Maybe I need to stick it inside my safe deposit box...

I have one of those tags on my '68. I will not sell it, but I will trade it for one of the polished aluminum armrest trim rings that goes around the door button on a '67S.

I figure they are about equal in unobtainanium content.
