FS 1972 911T Tangerine Sunroof Coupe 74K actual miles

Chassis number 9112102334 is a rust-free, accident-free, numbers matching Porsche 911 that we purchased from a PCA member in New Mexico. The gaps and shut lines are factory-original excellent and all panels arrow straight. Engine number: 6123624; 5 Speed. We spent dozens of hours addressing minor items to make this a sharp looking, “needs nothing” 911. The prior owner had the car professionally painted a couple of years ago and the paint is excellent. Roof, rear deck lid and rear valance, door jambs and panel interiors are original factory paint. The chrome is virtually perfect. The dash has two small cracks that have been nicely repaired. Note there are no speaker holes in the door panels. Prior owner had seats and carpet done in factory-like but not OEM material. This 911 has its original Mechanical Fuel Injection system, engine accessories, etc. The 1972 2.4 liter model with its unique 911R-inspired oil filler on the right rear quarter and small bumperettes probably is the most desirable of the LWB 911s and Tangerine (code 018-8-2) is a great period color. Factory Options: Sunroof; Appearance group, S instruments, front and rear sway bars and Blaupunkt radio Here is a partial listing of recent work, parts replaced and items included with sale:

R and R engine: replaced MFI pump belt and engine compartment insulation with OEM pad; replaced broken plastic throttle linkage bushing; replaced all fuel lines in engine compartment. Cleaned engine and transmission and replaced oil in both.
Valves adjusted, new valve cover gaskets
New Dansk painted stainless steel muffler
    Oil return tubes replaced
    Newer brake lines
Rear ¼ window rubber replaced on both sides
Five correct 6x15 inch Fuchs wheels (part number 911 361 020 00) with 3-prong caps
Wheels painted by Weidman Wheels, original anodized finish
Five brand new Michelin 195/65-15 Pilot Exalto tires
    New Sunroof seals
Two brand new correct Bosch red trumpet horns-for some reason one was missing.
Complete original tool kit and Bilstein jack
Two black and two red valet keys
Original Driver’s Manual and Maintenance Record booklets

Is this the car from Ruidoso area? I wondered who eventually bought it.

    BTW,
This car is screaming for some H4's. Those GE headlights don't do the car justice!

    Good Luck

Good luck with the sale Allen.

It's a beautiful example of a '72, and I hope it goes to a worthy new home!

By the way, nice tire choice! I have the same ones mounted on my '72 and I love em!
    Cheers!
