Thread: A GREAT event weekend

  1. #21
Thank you Chuck! Sorry I missed this event but plan to make it next year. Please tell us more about the 2 R cars. Recreations? The Barry Williams car is very nice. Would love to see this one up close - it has all the goodies. The rear looks flared. I always take a particular interest in flared SWB cars because they are never...or rarely done the same way.

Yeah, Barry's car is REALLY cool... it just has THAT period, hot rod, get'out'of'my'way look...
Barry's been around this stuff for ever, he said THIS one is REALLY loud.... ... didn't hear it start up...

Again, I'm hoping others will add comments and pics to this thread...

    Hey, Chuck (et al)

Who's Barry? Can you help me get in touch with him? I'd like to chat with him about his car...as some of you may recall, I've got the Homemade 911 up for potential sale. I think a talk with Barry would go a long ways towards the possibility of simply keeping the Homemade 911, and putting it back on the street. At any rate, that's one sweet '68 he's got there!

PM me if necessary...looking fwd to hearing more! Great photos btw, shame I missed that whole deal. Missed VARA @ Fontana too...not a good car weekend for me

    Cheers
