67S arm rest ID help needed. (pic)

Which type, with stitch or W/O if either is correct for 67S? Both are vinyl and came with the car as did passenger side rest's. Before sending out for recover I need to confirm. The car is Euro if that makes any difference. Also in some photo's I have seen there is a chrome end cap by the push button, neither of mine has these or look's like they ever did? Thank you.

All of mine are the same as the black one. All of mine have the chrome end cap on them. There's one on ebay right now for reference.

The S model should have a chrome end cap around the push button.

I will check what ones I have to see if there are differences in the stitching

    Thanks

Note that the end caps are "handed", left and a right.

Alan.UK and I did a comparison of handles with and withhout the chrome cap, and from my memory (not too good these days) we decided that the S and non-S handles had a different section and the chrome cap would not fit a non-S handle.

Which makes them even harder to find! I have been searching for a left-hand cap for 5 years, so good luck! They're quite rare in the used parts market, to say the least. I have been thinking it would be easier to have a CNC guy fab one up from a block of aluminum. This is my orphan right-side end cap (you can see the asymmetry--the upper margin is wider than the lower and one side is more curved than the other).
