    alloy S calipers infos

    does anyone knows or can show differences between early alloy calipers and later alloy calipers?

    The later caliper has a slightly different shape on the outside. Also the later calipers may be finished in a greenish colour.

    The internals and mounting are all the same however.

    Thanks Bob,that's what i thought,i have some pairs of laters witch are yellow anodised,i think early's are silver anodised and produced 69 to 71,is that right?

    Hi,

    The pair in those pictures are early ones. Here is a rough pic which shows the difference in the outer shape of the S callipers.

    The top ones are 71S and the bottom were from a 74 car
