Value of a work in progress '71 911T non-sunroof coupe shell in VA?

A hypothetical question - does anyone know what the current value may be of a '71 911T non-sunroof coupe shell that's located in VA? It's a shell only with the wiring harness.

It's a work in progress that's been on hold. No glass, fenders, doors, hood, trunk lid, interior, etc. Just the shell and wiring harness. Originally burgandy currently GP white. I have a clean VA title for the shell.

The battery boxes and part of the smugglers box bottom are currently cut out of the car. Replacement metal sections to be welded in are included. The front fender joining panels are off the chassis. New RD pieces are ready to be welded on.

The rockers have been replaced but the job was performed only so-so. I'd probably replace them again. The rear seat bottom area is pretty decent - one quarter size hole exists that needs to be cut out and replaced. The front pan is nice and solid.

This is a project that I'm not sure if/when I'll have time or desire to complete. I've been thinking about possibly sending it on it's way to someone who will put the car back together and give it a new life.

So, any ideas of approximate value in it's current condition?

Thanks for the help. A few not so current pics are available over on Pelican:

For the most part all the other parts have been allocated for my RSR project. I do have some spares available but if I were to sell the '71 I would be selling a shell with title, and the donor chassis metal sections that need to be welded in.

It would take a donor car for the odds and ends to put it back together or make it a gutted race car.
