    Porsche Crest

I'm looking for the original style Porsche Crest like they had on race cars, 5" or 6" for the fenders. Not the newer type. Any ideas where to find some?

John, these are very difficult to find (the crest with yellow, rather than gold). I usually find them at the vendor booths at the races. One of them used to have a website but it doesn't seem to be working:

    http://www.racewearhouse.com/

Another vendor that I've bought from is:

    Off Course Racewear
    327 W. Main St.
    Kutztown, PA 19530
    (610) 683-8343

There was a vendor at Rennsport II that had them hidden under his trailer because of copyright issues. I had to follow him behind the trailer to buy them, just like a dope deal!

Do you mean the one on the right in the picture below ?

    If so, I have a pair approx 4 3/4" high x 4" wide available.

Renecorp sells them on that well known auction site, see pics. I like the colors and the large one is 6x9. The small ones are good for the lightweight look on the hood. Search "porsche old colors". This size looks good on the nose of a 917 long tail!

    Search Ebay for Renecorp

I don't Rene has a website but he lists his items on Ebay. Just search for "porsche old colors" and they should come up. He usually has a bunch of these listed. 914-6 guy I think. Service is good.
