    Whats this part

So my car comes home from the body shop and there's a few extra parts that didn't make it back in/on my 69 targa. This one part is a small chrome ring that is rounded on one side. It's about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. There is a black rubber piece that seems to fit inside fairly well so I think they go together, but I'm not sure where.....

From around the drive post for the windshield wiper? Ya know wiper drive assembly sticks thru the windshield cowl, tapered rubber washer with beval down, chrome washer then the big nut that tighten down to seal around the drive post to keep the water out of the front trunk. Not postive without having them in hand. But I would betcha a Six-Pack on it .

It's easy to not get in the right order. There are actualy four of the washers two of the o-rings and two of a rubber bushings that go on the bottom side of the cowl to hold the assembly in. Other than Flatsix's idea. Could they be from another project at the body shop? Happy Happy Joy Joy! So now let the fun begin . She will get back together.
