Turn Signal Switch Repair or Replace

The turn signal switch in my 70 fails to return. Can it be repaired or must it be replaced?

    Thanks in advance,

It may be something as simple as a broken spring, which can be easily replaced. I would recommend removing it - it relatively easy and checking it out, and repost what you see.

I replaced my recently and it was very easy. Not cheap (what is on these cars no a days) but easy (1/2 hour).
