    1970 Lug Wrench

I have pretty much given up trying to find a 1970 tool kit for my 911E. Does anyone have an extra lug wrench they would sell?

    Dave,

If you don't have plans tomorrow, you should drive to Hershey PA for the PORSCHE SWAP MEET this weekend. There are a lot of vendors and you should be able to find everything that you need.

It's supposed to be 70 and sunny on Saturday in Hershey

    Best of luck,

    Chuck

I would enjoy going to Hershey sometime. For me it's a 10 hour drive (650 miles).

Thanks for the links Peter. My wife has been bidding on a couple of them but we haven't been successful.

First kit is a repro bag, repro screw drivers, and incorrect pliers...., too much $$

Second kit Lug wrench is later type with no taper to the tip....

    Just my .02...

    Erik,

The repro screw drivers I think I can see, originals don't have the small plastic bezel?

What makes the pliers incorrect? Can you please point out so that we don't pay too much for incorrect kits?

I just located and bought my first tool toward putting together a tool kit. Actually, my wife did. She found a lug wrench on Ebay with the correct tapered tip and appears to be in very good condition. Thanks to Peter and Soterik for the leads and correct specifications. This could take a life time to complete.
