BUY OR TRADE: 15x6s for 15x7 Fuchs...

Here's one for all you "market value" hounds...

I have a very nice set of 4 "late" 15x6 Fuchs off of a '75 S. They are in excellent original condition...I would call them "drivers". Can anyone give me a clue as to a reasonable market value on them these days?

Also, above being said, how do you suppose they compare to a set of 15x7s in like condition?

What I'm trying to do here is decide if I should go ahead and put the 6s up for sale, turn around and buy 7s, or do up a straight across trade? (4 for 4)

BTW - All this is assuming no further work or reconditioning is needed on either set of wheels...my originals are certainly clean enough

Bottom line: I'm looking for a set of 15x7s for the Homemade 911

    What say you?

Thanks for the push - highly appreciated
    Cheers
    Thom

C'mon...I know youse guys can do better than this...

It's a little too quiet out there...

Anyone have any insights/opinions/thoughts on my wheel questions??

Like I said earlier...I'm really looking for a set of 4 15x7s - I'm trying to decide: "buy outright" or trade my original 6s out for them...

Now, don't be bashful... PMs are ok too.

    Thanks, everyone...hope all's well
    Cheers

    Thom,
Your 6's are worth probably 750-800, a set of 7's $1000-1200, finding a matched set will be tough and probably unimportant.

Let's try this wheel thing again...

    I Have:
A set of original 15x6s from a '75 911S. they are clean and presentable (best of all, original) I'll get some pictures up later today...

    I want:
    (4) 15x7s: either two pair or a set, I don't care which as long as they are clean & undamaged

Trade? buy & sell outright? trade+cash? what have you got?

Btw - I'm still struggling with coming up with a reasonable market value on the 15x6s...I've only heard one number so far
that number's not bad, but some additional data points would be helpful...

PMs are ok...looking forward to hearing from you out there
    Thanks, folks.

    Cheers
    Thom

PS - my wheels are located zip 93555 (2.5hrs northeast of L.A.)

BREAKING NEWS: I checked the date stamps today - and I forgot about this; the stamps are 673, 773, and 873(2x)
Here's the photo as promised - please ignore the tires...they're getting tossed.

    Sent you a PM

Would you be interested in selling the 15X6s outright?
