    Pretty car.

Is that how the gas tanks were finished in '70?

    Cool conda green S

Does anybody know when the hood changed from two trunk lights to one? My1970 S #212 has two trunk lights and the one shown has only one like my friends 1972 car. This car with serial # in the 500's is close to mine. My car was made in October 1969. Regards Chris Early S registry#205

I believe it was the 2.4 litre cars where the light became 1 I originally thought it was just the 73 year model but I have seen a Porsche 72 brochure where the hood light is only 1

I think it would be hard to pin down a date when it was one light or two. I have a '71 T (with S options) that came with 2 lights, but I have seen lots of 70-71s that only had one.

1969 MY 911T and 912 had one light (left) 1970 and 1971 MY's all received two lights.
