Thanks for joining the 356's on Saturday and...

I would like to personally apologize to those in the R-Gruppe (48 of you) that did not get a lunch. It was my fault and, though it didn't do anything for your hunger, the 356 Club refunded the R-Gruppe the miney for the lunch on the spot. I am sorry for the mix up.

Other that that, Hal Thoms, Porsche photographer of note said it best: "Never has he seen a gathering of the BEST of Porsche's history like what happend on Saturday!" Thanks for coming and we can do it again soon!

    Thumbs up

    Fantastic !!!!!

Someone told me Pete Stout said it was the biggest turn out of 'bathtub'/'long hoods' he's ever seen in one place....

It was great seeing both car clubs in one event.

Yeah when I saw Pete he was grinning ear to ear.

Just like I was when he gave me a ride in a 07 Turbo a couple of months ago.

Thanks to all for the great events.

Jeff, that was a terrific event. I made the run driving Eade's '67S with a fresh 2.0L. I was trying to keep up with a cream colored 356 coupe and a light blue Convertible D (Speedster D? just kidding ). It was such a joy to run with such beautiful cars whose owners have the willingness to really DRIVE them.

Just wonderful! Thanks for making that day in the sun, in such a great setting, happen.

That's one of the culprits under the trees on the left-

The combined show was awesome! I'm glad I Friday to look at the other r-gruppe cars so that I could spend time seeing all the 356s the next day. This may cause some issues with my fellow 911 drivers, but this coupe with the 904 motor may have been may favorite car of the whole weekend.
