    "T" Handle

Well, this isn't too technical. The "T" handle that pops my engine lid broke. I can still open the lid with what's left but....it's just not right! Two questions: 1) Does the handle twist off (threaded)? I don't want to force twist it if it isn't attached that way etc.. 2) Where can I buy one to replace it? Thanks in advance folks.....

    Leon,

The 'T' handle does indeed screw off... and on again ...

You can get a replacement from Performance Products for $9.95 #902429
    www.automotion.com

Probably most of the usual parts suppliers have them...

    Hope this helps,

    Cheers,

Chuck, thanks a million. I'll order one and hope that all of my future 1971E problems continue to be minor. P.S. love that MFI roar at 6000......fun!
