need help with dismantling a 380mm wheel

I tried removing the 4 screws deep inside the rear, what to do about stuck screws, I guess thats where I'll find the numbers, right?
Do I need to drill those out?

    appreciate the input, thanks

Before you give up and drill them, give it a good soaking w/ penetrating oil--PB Blaster and Kroil are often mentioned as favorites. Get a manual "impact" screwdriver, like this one, use exactly the right size and type of bit to fit the slots in the screw heads, and give them a bang with it after soaking overnight. You might get lucky. The combination of striking downward with a hammer while the driver twists will give you the best chance. After you mangle the top of the screws, you can go ahead and drill them out.

Are you referring to the part number & date ?

If so, these are stamped into the front face of the hub, underneath the horn pad.
