Valuation of 72 S chassis w/matching numbers case

I have a 72 S that has been converted to a RSR race car. I have decided racing is too big of a commitment for me at this point in my life. I am trying to decide if makes sence to strip car back down to shell, or sell it as a race car. Chassis is arrow striaght never been bent, amazing I know, no rust. Obiously it's a lot of work to get this back to street trim but at todays prices probaly worth it, still has matching number case and tranny. I have a pretty good idea what race car is worth just wondering if it worth my while to part it out.

Opps I meant 73 not 72. I guess I inhaled a little too much 110 octane gas today.
