    The value NOS throttle body

    Hi
I found this throttle set in the old garage. They look like never been used. Could someone please tell me the value and what kind of engine do they belong to?
    Thanks

prolly only about $14.99 each, but I'll give you $50 for the set ;-)))

Need to know bore dia on bottom side - partno from my 71E's are 911 110 101 1R; bore on bottom side ~ 32mm or 1.25 in. S's are 35mm I believe, T's smaller.

Clean them up and check play of shaft in bushings, open the throttle and look for fretting wear where the throttle plate contacts the bore at closed throttle. This shows as a silver line line around the bore matching the throttle plate where the throttle plate has worn thru the hard coat of to the soft magnesium, if they're used any significant amount. If the bore is absolutely clean with no throttle plate wear and all the black hard coat present, they may be NOS. If they're unused, you can probably get a pretty penny. Rebuild of a used set is a grand...

PM me if you want to sell ... maybe I can come up with a little more than the $50.

    Good find!!

    Hi,
Thanks for your information. Here's more pics of what's laying around the old garage. BTW. the throttle body is still there and the old garage is in Bangkok.
The shop owner used to have the Porsche's garage in the late 60's. He's now sells off all parts left over from that time.
