    Cibie Hood Light Seals?

I'm assuming there was some type of rubber seal between the trim ring and glass lense? Are these available? If not, what are people using?

    Thanks. -- Curt

I'm yet to see one. I imagine that's why there are the two drainage holes at the bottom of the bucket.

And apparently the usual rust inside the bucket. Thanks.

Curt; yes there was and I have a few originals. I will soon be posting all my spares for Cibie hood lights for sale in one lot, but I might hold one rubber seal outside the lot for you.

    thanks

Michael; I will do that tonight. I will take all the necessary measurements for you, and post them with the picture. They are very easy to repro if you find rubber matt with the correct thickness. (its now 2pm Norwegian time)

    Best regards

Curt; I have seen about 12 pairs, all in NOS sets or "stuck" to the paint on used sets, so I know they are original, all are jet black rubber like the inner balloon on a bike tire.
