FS: Blank 1969 Maintenance Record Card

This is a spare card that came with a maintenance / warranty booklet I recently purchased.
It is for a 1969 modle (9 digit VIN number length, but includes the E model) and includes a glued edge to fit into your book.

If you have a 1969 model and the wrong VIN warranty booklet, here's you chance to get it corrected.

I'm not really sure of value - but I don't want to put it on eBay and would rather have a member get it. Let me know any offers and hopefully, it will find a new home.

    Regards,
    Andrew M
