    The passing of a Registry member

    I'm sorry to inform you of the passing of Gene Asbury...

    Most knew Gene by his tall, lean, silver-pony-tailed appearance... cheery disposition... and his beautiful yellow 71S he had for sale recently...
    Gene was also the former owner of Frank Gallogy's super low mileage signal orange 911E...

    Warm wishes go to Gene's daughter and the rest of the family...

    Hi all,

    Here is the information for my father's memorial service.

    When: Sunday, June 24, 2007 - 12 Noon
    Where: Gene Asbury's house
    2986 Baseline Ave
    Santa Ynez, CA 93460

    BBQ to follow - please let me know if you are planning on attending

    Please dress comfortably as it will be outdoors.

    Directions from Ventura:
    Take the 101 FWY NORTH toward Santa Barbara
    In Santa Barbara Take the State St exit toward CA-154/Cachuma Lake
    Slight left at Calle Real
    Turn right at CA-154/San Marcos Pass Rd and go 26 miles
    Turn left at Edison St - (there is a church on the RIGHT)
    Turn right at Baseline Ave
    Park as Directed

    In Lieu of flowers, please make a donation, in the memory of Gene Asbury, to
    the wonderful hospice facility at the VA.
