    front license plate bracket recommendations

    One can only be pulled over so many times before giving in...I need info on a license plate bracket for the front of the car...seems like I have 2 small holes already in the spoiler below the bumperettes from the previous owner, but I'm not sure what bracket would be best...anyone have ideas on this?

    I always use the stock Porsche bracket 901-701-051-24 available fron Stoddards, although it says thay are out of stock at the moment

    I just got off the phone with Stoddard's. I ordered a bracket 3 weeks ago. They have assured me that the bracket has been shipped from Germany. They usually order more than one. Can't wait to start driving legally. In Maine, front plates are required for annual inspections.

    Bumper Bar

    I also need a way to mount a front license plate, but am unsure which is the correct way to go. The above mentioned bracket from Stoddard's or this bumper bar (for sale a few months ago).

    Anyone know which is correct for a '72? Or, what the part number is for the bar?
