    through-rocker oil line install

Anyone have pictures of the oil lines installed inside the rocker (ala 70S)? I'm modifying some post-74 lines for installation inside the rocker. TIA.

    Hi,

Here are some from my 70S resto. Originally the pipes entered the sill through a modified kidney bowl. The wing closer panel is also specific to the 70-71 S but any can be modified to suit. (From 72 the wing panel closers are different).

    Hope the pics help

    Alan

    Bob and Alan,
Very helpful pics...thank you so much.

Bob, did you have those lines made? They look stainless.

    Stainless oil Lines

Yes Bill, I made the stainless to emulate the style of the original 1969 S brass lines and moved the thermostat to the inner fender to get the weight forward.
The fittings and the line size are a mix of the smaller 1967, 1969 and the larger mid 1980's oil cooler metric threaded fittings.
