    Opinions Welcome

So I got a great deal on a pair of Cibie's and I have a couple options.

Option #1 - Buy a second hood and mount the lamps. Kepp the through the grill lamps. (There is no way I am going to drill holes in my pristine hood)

Option #2 - Mount the lamps in the fender and take off my through the grill lamps. (It doesnt bother me as much to drill my fenders since they are easier to weld up and you dont have to finish both sides)

Option #3 - Quit trying to be one of the cool kids and sell the lamps for a tidy profit!

I like the look of option #2, but I've always wondered if the housings start to block each other out? They seem so thightly packed together. But than again, will you get a chance to use all 6 very often?

My taste runs to option #1. I think the fender mount might look odd without the hood lights in place. I do not recall seeing only fender mount.

Buy another set and do 1+ 2

To be honest, I'm not sure I'd use them on your car - looks pretty darn good as is!

Or you could replace your horn grill lights with some super oscars.

    Since you asked...

Do option 1 and while you are at it paint the hood in a contrasting color or do orange chevrons. Also pick up a set of minilites. You can then return your car to stock whenever you want.
