    WTB: fan belt wrench

    Hi,
Looking to complete my 67 toolkit with a fan belt wrench.

    Anyone have one for sale?

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,

    Anthony

Anthony, here is what I think it should look like. The one on the top, and the two on the bottom, are factory tools. The second down is a reproduction from Stoddard. Perhaps the Early S Registry tool guru, Soterik, will confirm that this is the tool for a 67.

Here is a shot from the other side. As you can see, the factory tool is chrome or nickel plated, while the repro is black. The tool on the bottom got a pretty good workout, as you can see it is a little bent!

Do all original fan belt tools have P208 stamped in? (the black one is lacking it?)

Also how is it supposed to be stamped? Is the one on top or the two on the bottom correct (they are 180 degrees different)

All original "wrenches" have been stamped that I have seen. The stampings are random though, and appear to be done by hand. I have them on the front, back, etc.

Most that I have are the same finish, but I have had 2 that are polished, and appear to be original.
