Anyone who knows about this car?

Another car just hit the Samba. Looks to be a pretty decent numbers matching Tangerine 69 E coupe in the $50's. Could be a good buy if it checks out.

I'm not sure what is meant by the Auctioneer's addendum below, as all pre-1976 cars are smog exempt in CA. I think of all '73 911 models, the E Targa had the lowest production numbers. And with the enthusiasm for the Viper Green color, I thought this would sell.

The green Targa appeared to me to be $100,000 car odd that they screwed up on the emissions?

Description claims "300 HP" for the 2.7L engine- must be a typo - assume to be '210'.

A couple days ago a thread was started below about a very very nice Albert Blue 1970 Porsche 911E Karmann Coupe located in Mt Kisco, NY. It disappeared from the forum after just a couple of responses. As an owner of a '70 E I was looking forward to getting a better sense of nuanced details through the resulting dialog. What happened? As a (relatively) new Porsche owner discussions here have been very helpful in educating me on my own car so I was sorry to see that thread go away. My car is clearly not perfect though I certainly listen when those with deeper backgrounds weigh in.
