Looking for 67(recoverable) dash core (top and front) and 67s interior door panels

I am looking for a restorable dash top and front for my 67s as well as the interior door panels. If I am having a top recovered it makes sense to do the same with the door panels. I understand Autobahn does a good job recovering the dash parts as well as manufacturing the interior panels from scratch, can anybody comment on that?

    thx Wiebe

Autobahn does great work, and could do all you request. I see though that you are in the UK, and Holland? If so, perhaps Southbound Trimmers in the UK may be a better fit. Check their advertisement in 911 and Porsche World. I can't comment on their work, perhaps someone here can?

    regards,
    Eric

Checked with Southbound, they quoted me 1000 US$ plus (Not including the time for hole punching in vinyl for speaker) for a recovering of my existing dash + a set of new panels for 67S. I asked Autobahn for their quote but have not heard from them (him) yet. Whatever the price difference the end result is the most important for me. Apparently the vinyl with the holes is not available anymore, someone has to punch 400 (more or less) holes in a piece of vinyl so that it looks like a factory job...... I have seen one or two tries from other suppliers and 1 hole out of line makes the whole thing look like being done by an amateur. If left to autobahn, how does the speaker perf look?

    thx

I'll contact Tony on your behalf. I know that he was at the Porsche Parade all last week, and is just getting caught up.

Eric, thx but that wont be necesary, I have waited to resolve this for two years, I think I can exercise some patience. By the way a Dutch Porsche restorer claims that he can still get new 67 dashboard! A mere Euro 900 ex vat, but who is counting. He claims its better than any recovering job as all the reverings blow up in the sun. Any comment?

    thx

The Dutch restorer is very likely selling the Stoddard/Porsche reproduction dash, that is notorious for poor fitment. Ask to make sure.
