BEWARE: '69 911 on ebay - BAD SELLER

Some people refuse to just go away. Geoff Wattiker is one of those people. The list of people who were screwed in dealings with him is long, and grows every day. Search WATTIKER on Pelican's forums and you'll see what I mean. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY, YOU WILL BE SORRY!

He is back on ebay selling an early 911 and a later 911 engine. His last ebay account was terminated after he was reported. His new ebay name is cmlfrazier and he is selling this car:

Trust me, do NOT risk buying anything from him. Please ask around if you don't believe me. His items are either grossly misrepresented (as in the case of the car I stupidly bought from him without searching Pelican first) or in some cases, he will cash your check and deliver nothing at all! (I have proof of this accusation).

Spread the word that he is back to his old ways so that we can keep the community safe from his tactics.

I wonder if the extra mirrors are needed to watch for the red and blue lights?

I was so upset that he was selling under yet another ebay name that I missed those! Pretty funny...

I like the flames on the front of the hood. Nice "period touch" ....

I hear you but this one looks pretty bad to begin with. I think he'd have a hard time misrepresenting it. I wouldn't use this for a target at the shootin' range. Too much would be left on the ground.

You're right about that, Tom. I only wish the same had been true for the 911 I bought from him. He made a similar statement about rust (along with 3 phone conversations, but that's another story) but the pictures of the car showed a very shiny red 911... classic case of lipstick on a pig.

    Live and learn.
