Le Mans debut for the RS

Finally Porsche is going back to prototype racing at Le Mans. I wonder how many LM-P2 Porsches will eventually apply.

    Thumbs up

This is pretty exciting news...... let's hope it really happens

    Hey, I've got an idea...
The article states it will be an all Dutch effort... Instead of the bilious yellow and red of the Penske team, or the boring white and blue of the other.... I propose that VM Motorsports team repaint their Porsche LM2 entries in the Dutch national color of ORANGE like back in the day..........

    Dutchman Ben Pon's '65 entree........

    What'cha'think........

As always, more great ideas coming for Chuck Miller. With the way Penske is doing in ALMS this season, I'd bet Porsche is regretting not going to Le Mans this past year. Just missed at Sebring, but all glory since.
The Sebring thing probably happened because I was there. I've had the same thing happen at MLB and NBA games I've attended.

    Great idea Chuck!

I don't know why modern race car graphics are so lame, when there are so many new technologies to apply interesting graphic ideas. I know it's all about $quare footage for sponsors... but that doesn't mean they have to suck. My guess is they just don't care and have them done as an afterthought.

I'll admit it: I had to look up 'bilious'
