    It has the red engine shroud like an S, and those guages could be
    green, photo's not too good. But the rest looks like a normal.

    Upgraded engine/dash perhaps?

    Tom is correct the dash is correct with a full compliment of green gauges for 66 including teak in place of the 67S basketweave.
