I have a two owner(my father being the latter) estate '73 280SEL 4.5 for sale in NY. He is asking $14K and it's in beautiful original condition. I will throw in a VHS of Steve McQueen in 'The Blob' in the boot.

    Big Dollar 6.3's

This exceptionally clean 6.3 sold for over $31k.

It looks alot like the one advertised here and linked above but it has different tires and a velour interior.

Seems the nice cars get over $20k while the okay cars get under that.

Quite a group! I have a 1969 MB 280 SE coupe, 2.8 mechanically injected 6. I inherited it from my father and despite that it's a gorgeous car, I have no real interest in it. It needs some sorting and has some rust in the nether regions. I figure I'll put it on the block in the spring, but I'm saddened at how little these great cars are worth, considering they cost a king's ransom when new. I'm almost tempted to stuff the Benz back in storage for another 10 or 15 years - if it's worth anything then, sell it. If it's too badly gone, use it for target practice

Yes, the car is still F/S. There is no sunroof. There is NO rust and has been always garaged and pampered. MB Tex,newer radio but not cut dash. perfect wood all around. The Blue paint is a 6/7 out of 10. Tool kit and books. Please send a PM/email so I do not fill up too much space here.

Porsche come first for me but I grew up with these Benzes and know them well. (113,111,107-109's)
