    71E project pix

    Here's a couple of pix of my 71E project car. 88K miles Arizona car. Pretty straight. Just got it back from the media blaster and I'm headed to the paint shop later today. Going back to the original silver. This should be a very nice car when done.

    Note the vintage Bridgestone Steel Belted Radials. When did they last make those?

    71E project pix

    Good looking car - mine is also a 71E - from Phoenix all it's life. Sat in a garage behind a guys table saw from 78 to 98. Metal is fabulous - hope yours is good also.

    Good luck putting it back together - they're great driving cars. Still have the MFI?

    71 911E update

    My serial number is 911 120 0979, engine number 621 1587. Numbers match and I have 95%+ of the MFI. Engine rebuild is happening.

    71E update...back from the paint shop

    Her's my 71E, just back from the paint shop. Looks very good. Now all i have to do is rebuild the engine and tranny and put it all back together and...
