    One month progress report.

It's been one month since I started digging into this 70T that I bought from a broker in CO. It's got a rebuilt 2.2 with Zeniths and a decent respray in a mystery dark metallic blue that's growing on me. This is my second 911, previous car was a 78SC. No major surprises except for the interior map pockets were missing ($$$$$$$) and the respray was done with the windshield in.

I took off all trim and bumpers, took care of some minor rust areas (typ. spots), took the rockers under the trim down to metal and primered them. Waiting for the S-front spoiler to come from the paint shop as the original bumper shown in the pic is just to banged up.

The pic shows the car with new wheels, tires and all new trim from Stoddards.
    Interior is next.

Just thought I'd share. Thanks for all the help with my answers so far.

That's a beautiful blue. It looks great with the Fuchs.

Wow, thanks Jack. Your Black Beauty is the standard for all things 911. BTW, was this BB1?
