I don't know what scares me more.... the screwed in vintag (federally illegal) or the lack of pics from the rest of the car. A shot of the engine would have been nice.

well know bidder at this time

even if it says private and that Ebay has concealed the bidder, one only has to click on the (private) portion of user name and lo and behold the bidder is revealed (mel-inc)
I think many of you know who that is!!! God knows if he acquires it, what story this car might end up with.

Did you all notice the manufacture date on the foreign label (2-72) ????
Strange its a 73!!! Oh well another European mess??

    mel-inc? beware...

Oops, it's indeed mel-inc. Please beware, he's excellent in finding "great" sounding descriptions for rust-buckets. The one I bought from him is still standing in my garage even though I've spent $13,000.- (!!!) on lawyer fees..... No chance, this - how shall I say it - very nice guy is getting away with it. I wonder if there's a school for guys like him and if he's proud about how he makes a living....

The price is low enough to forget about the fact that it is a Florida car that has been stored outside for who know how long.

90% of the bodywork is done. It's the 10% that would scare the hell out of me.

I sent at least 5 requests for information to the seller with no response....

Give it up. I spoke with the seller. He emailed me his number, then was pissed when he finally picked up the phone after 1 message and 5 calls. He was too busy laboring on a construction site and said he would call back.

No call back yet. I'm not holding my breath.
