    WTB: 4.5" chromed steel wheels w/ tarnished crest caps

    Title says it all. No clue what the going rate is.

    I have a set of wheels with original chrome, they are pretty nice. I have multiple sets of the hubcaps, they all have the non cloisonne crest.
