1973 911T tach, new circuit board

To the best of my knowledge, this tach will work with a 911T 1970 through 1973 I believe it will work with later models but the Silver button at the needles pivot point wasn't present in the 1974 model year.

I just had this tach serviced by North Hollywood (during Late August 2007) . New circuit board and "newer and very clean outer black ring. The Glass is perfect and the tach looks almost brand new considering it's over 34 years old.

No. Hollywood installed the more expensive new circuit board last month that is an upgrade from the original circuit board. It's totally compatible with CD ignition that takes a tach reading from the points or Compufire. The upgraded circuit board slows the tach needle from falling off between shifts. It doesn't stop it but it did slow down the needle drop off. Also, the circuit board is much more sturdy than the original board

It was originally installed in my 1973.5 T and the date code on the back reads 4/73

    Porsche part number 911 641 301 01

My 1973.5 T is equipped with the complete "S" package. I ended up with a 7300 RPM tach that is also in xlnt. shape so, that tach went into my car and the stock rebuilt tach is for sale

North Hollywood charged me over $190.00 to re-do this tach

I seriously doubt you'll find a better looking tach unless it's New Old Stock.

Price $210.00 and that includes shipping to the lower 48 states. If I ship it to anywhere other than the lower 48, shipping will be increased accordingly.
