Nice RGruppe '69 for sale in Portland, OR

Earl Green's old car is for sale. I do not know the current owner, but i know the car pretty well. Last time I drove a bit over a year ago it was one of the best driving, most sorted early 911's I have had the pleasure of experiencing. If you ever followed Earl driving it you also know it is FAST.

If you're in the market, its definitely worth taking a look at.

All of us around here have spent some time looking at the ass end of that car! It's been mentioned that the mechanical's have been attended to by some of the best guys in the PNW. The car also has a never any rust body, and a cool factory color.

Question Is it really still for sale?

Howard, do you have the contact details of the current seller? I contacted Mark Smith but he stated he had sold the car years ago. Thank you. Pieter

    Thanks Howard

I'm sorry, I had this car confused with the Irish Green 69 E/S that was listed in the same thread (911E's for sale). The Irish Green one has, unfortunately, been sold a few years ago.

Yup, that's my car now. The 2.2S MFI motor now resides in my 914-6 and the green car is running a 2.8 short stroke RSR spec motor. LOTS of fun.
